Your Inventory, Counted, Racked, and Actually Visible.
Containers devanned the day they hit the dock. Every unit counted against your PO, racked by SKU, and cycle counted on schedule. You see on hand quantity in your own portal instead of emailing someone for a number that is already three days old.
Full 3PL operations for growth stage brands, month to month, priced off a sheet you can read before you call us.
Bad Inventory Data Costs More Than Bad Storage.
Space is cheap and easy to find in Houston. What breaks a growing brand is not knowing what is on the shelf: overselling a hero SKU, air freighting a stockout, paying rent on pallets that have not moved in a year.
Counts Nobody Trusts
A receiving count that never got reconciled against the packing list turns into an oversell on your best channel eight weeks later.
Freight Sitting on a Dock
A container that waits three days to be devanned is three days of inventory you paid for and cannot sell, plus detention on the chassis.
Storage You Forgot You Were Paying For
Dead SKUs hold rack positions at full rate every month because nothing in the operation flags what stopped moving.
Everything a Warehouse Should Do, and the Reporting Most Don't.
Six capability groups, all under one roof and one invoice. Take the whole pillar or the pieces you are missing.
Container & LTL Receiving
Floor loaded 20ft and 40ft containers devanned by hand and palletized, pre-palletized trailers unloaded and handled, LTL checked in against the BOL.
- Piece count reconciled to your packing list
- Damage and shortage documented with photos
- Mixed loads segregated and counted by SKU
Racked, Floor & Bulk Storage
Standard racked positions for inventory that turns, long term positions for safety stock and seasonal, floor and bulk space for oversized freight.
- Billed by position, prorated on mid month receipts
- Lot and expiry tracking where your category needs it
- Scale up or down month to month with no penalty
Cycle Counts & Reporting
Scheduled cycle counts by location and SKU, variance investigated instead of written off, all of it visible in your own portal at no extra charge.
- On hand quantity by SKU, on demand
- Movement history and aging by pallet
- Included with storage, not a reporting add on
Outbound & Freight Coordination
Case picked wholesale orders, palletized and wrapped for LTL, appointments booked and BOLs cut. Small parcel runs on the DTC pillar.
- Carrier of your choice or ours
- Routing guides and retail delivery windows honored
- Pallet labels and paperwork built to spec
Cross Dock & Transload
Freight that needs to keep moving. Unload, hold briefly, reload, up to 50 pallets, on 10, 20, or 30 day windows at published rates.
- Inbound and outbound freight coordinated
- Per day rate stated up front past the window
- No conversion to hourly on a hard unload
Value Adds on the Floor
Work that happens between the rack and the truck: kitting, relabeling, repalletizing, rework on a damaged run, one off project work.
- Labeling and relabeling per unit or case
- Palletizing with or without wrap
- Project work scoped and quoted before it starts
Dock to Rack to Truck, in Six Steps.
This is the actual sequence your freight runs through, and what you get to see at each step.
Scope and Set Up
We build your SKU master, storage profile, and receiving instructions before anything ships. Portal access and channel connections go live in the same week.
Appointment and Arrival
You send the ASN or PO, we book the dock. Inbound freight is scheduled so containers land the day they are pulled.
Devan and Count
Unloaded, palletized, and counted the same day it arrives. Shortages and damage are documented on receipt, not discovered in a pick two months later.
Reconcile and Put Away
Counts matched to your packing list, variances flagged to you the same day, then racked to a location tied to the SKU so a picker never guesses.
Count on Cycle
Ongoing cycle counts keep the portal honest, and pallet aging shows you what has stopped moving before it eats another month of storage.
Ship It Back Out
Retail pallets go out on appointment, wholesale cases on LTL, DTC parcels on the same day cutoff. Orders in by 1PM CST are picked and shipped same day.
Cutoffs, stated plainly. Orders received by 1PM CST are picked and shipped the same day, because that is when the carriers pull from our dock. Orders in by 4PM CST are picked the same day and ship the next business morning. We keep picking after 1PM CST either way.
DTC Fulfillment Detail →What Warehousing Costs Here.
The warehousing lines off our standard sheet. Every 3PL you are also talking to makes you book a call for this.
Valid through December 31, 2026 · USD
Devanning assumes floor loaded containers that need palletizing. Storage bills on the 1st of the month, with pallets received in the first 10 days prorated on the daily rate. Pre-palletized freight is subject to the cross dock fee plus a $15 per pallet handling fee.
Start Month to Month. Stay Month to Month.
These are the real standard rates, no term, no exit fee. You earn our volume back every month, which is the point.
If you would rather trade flexibility for a better rate, a three to six month term earns 15% off and nine months or longer earns 25% off. Optional, never a condition of getting quoted.
Warehousing That Tells You Which Pallets Are Costing You Money.
Every 3PL will store your pallets. We came out of omnichannel growth consulting, so the same data that runs the floor gets read back to you as margin: landed cost per unit, storage burn by SKU, aging positions, sell through by channel.
That is how a warehouse stops being a cost center you cannot see into. You get the operation, and you get the call on what to scale, fix, or kill.
On Hand by SKU, On Demand
Your own portal, live. Check availability before you push spend at a SKU instead of after the oversell.
Pallet Aging and Storage Burn
What has sat past ninety days, what it is costing per month, and what freeing that position is worth.
Receiving Variance, Documented
Counts against packing list with photos on shortage and damage, so you can go back to the supplier with evidence.
One Invoice, Every Unit of Measure
Pallet, container, order or case, and unit, on one statement. No reconciling four vendors on a Friday night.
A Houston Warehouse, Run by the People Who Own the Outcome.
Our Houston facility gives you central reach: Gulf Coast imports in, efficient nationwide distribution out. Ground service out of Houston reaches a majority of the US population in two days.
ENVIO is founder run on purpose. When a container shows up short or a retailer moves an appointment, you talk to the operator who can fix it, not a ticket queue that will get back to you.
Warehousing Questions, Answered Without a Call.
It takes the whole physical side off your plate: receiving your inbound freight, counting it, storing it in racked positions, picking and packing orders, prepping retail shipments, coordinating outbound freight, and reporting inventory back to you. You keep product, demand, and channel strategy. We keep the floor.
Same day it arrives during dock hours. A floor loaded container gets devanned by hand and palletized, counted against your packing list, and reconciled that day. Nothing sits on the dock overnight waiting for a crew, which is what turns into detention charges and inventory you paid for but cannot sell.
Yes. You get your own portal with on hand quantity by SKU, movement history, and cycle count variance, available on demand. It is included with storage, not a reporting upgrade.
Standard racked pallet storage is $25 per pallet per month, long term positions are $35, and handling in or out is $20 per pallet. Devanning a floor loaded container is $600 for a 20ft and $1,200 for a 40ft. Cycle counts and inventory reporting are included with storage. The full sheet is published on our services page.
No. Standard rates are month to month and you can leave when it stops working. If you would rather trade flexibility for a lower rate, a three to six month term earns 15% off and nine months or longer earns 25% off. That is a discount you can choose, not a condition of getting quoted.
Storage is a position on a rack. Warehousing is the position plus the crew, the systems, and the accountability: receiving and reconciliation, cycle counts, picking, prep, outbound, and reporting. If you only need pallets to sit somewhere, our pallet storage program is cheaper and simpler. If orders need to go out accurately every day, you want the full pillar.
That is most of what we do. Our Houston facility is set up for inbound container freight instead of a cross country move. We take the container floor loaded or pre-palletized, segregate mixed loads by SKU, and get it counted and racked the same day.
It gets documented at receipt with counts against your packing list and photos on shortage or damage, then flagged to you the same day. You go back to your supplier with evidence instead of discovering the gap in a pick two months later.
Warehousing Is Where It Starts. It Doesn't Have to Stop There.
