Your Freight Hits Our Dock.
Floor loaded container or pre-palletized trailer, it gets unloaded, counted, and reconciled against your PO the same day it arrives. Nothing sits on the dock overnight.
Devanning rates assume floor loaded containers that need palletizing. Pre-palletized freight is billed at the flat container rate plus per pallet handling.
Stored, Counted, and Visible in Your Portal.
Racked positions in our facility, cycle counted and reported by SKU. You get a personalized portal to see on hand inventory in near real time, so you are never guessing what you have.
Billing occurs on the 1st of the month. Pallets received within the first 10 days of the month are prorated on the daily rate.
We Make It Retail Ready.
Bundles, labels, and packouts done to spec before your freight moves. This is the stage that kills chargebacks and lifts average order value at the same time.
Multipack pricing is based on a single SKU. Mixed SKU bundles are subject to a custom quote.
Orders Go Out the Door.
Integrated or emailed, DTC parcel or an LTL pallet run. Orders in by 1PM CST are picked and shipped the same day. Orders in by 4PM CST are picked the same day and ship the next business morning.
Fulfillment is based on integrated or emailed orders. Same day picking applies to orders received before 1PM CST.
Returns Become Sellable Units Again.
Every return received, inspected, and dispositioned so good stock goes back on the shelf instead of dying in a corner of your garage.
Returns are billed per item received and processed, whether the unit is restocked or dispositioned.

Most 3PLs make you sign before they'll quote you. Our standard pricing is off contract, month to month, cancel when it stops working. You earn our volume back every month.
If you'd rather trade flexibility for a better rate, a three to six month term earns 15% off and nine months or longer earns 25% off. Your call, not a condition.
